Yeah. Oh yeah. Nothing to say and nothing to see. And nothing to be in the way for. And I couldn't breathe and I couldn't feel and know where to be anyway. And every possible thing I could think of I took and I buried it all. There's nothing. Oh yeah. This is all I have. A broken song from a broken soul.

Rest my friends. Rest beneath the earth. Welcome progress to your door. As your mighty kingdom fills with dirt. Sleep under paving and fire. Kings of the earth; forever entombed. Doomed in your slumber, buried and rotting. God forsaken reptiles.

Shadow And Time

Run from the light. I'll keep you there, and I'll keep you safe. Swallow the night. Move in Satan's skin, stare with a devilish grin. I ask what turns her on, she whispers darkness. Evil we love. We are shadow and we are time. With evil we lie. We are shadow and we are time. Move.

I can feel these fluorescent lights sucking the life through the top of my skull. Lechuza esta outside my window. These black helicopters circling my house won't leave me alone. Leave me alone. Come on and take a ride with me. Right up until the edge of night. Get a little closer baby. Closer to Hell. We'll ride this one out, because right about now it's really kind of looking like we're all gift wrapped in a basket on the way down. Meet me at the Denver International Spaceport. We'll be fine for a while, until the Ruskies invade as long as we can keep from contracting the plague. The gang's all here; blues, illegals and greys. Under Big Brother's watchful eye, we'll party like it's Y2K. Party like it's Y2K. All I know is that I don't know. I'm smart enough to know, truth lies in the shadow. Party like it's Y2K.

There is no revolution here. Everyone is completely spent. I have nothing with which, or two fight. Yeah. That's just life, and it's passing us by. I fear my best days are all but a memory, trapped under ice, one mile deep on the Antarctica coast line. So, you want to tell me your hands both hurt from fighting? Your heart is tired from holding on. Knees have given to trembling, and the rain soaks your Sunday clothes. Take a breath and breathe a little easier because...That's just life and its passing us by. At least I can say my regrets are all but a memory, trapped under ice, one mile deep on the Antarctica coast line.
